Food & Wine
Experience the charm of romantic France, with a visit to the gastronomic region of Burgundy, coupled with a stay in the exceptional region of Champagne. Taste sensations abound as you make your way through quaint villages tasting specialties such as escargot, Beef Bourguignon and coq au vin. Bring home a pain d'epices, a lovely spiced bread with candied fruit motifs on top, or perhaps buy Dijon mustard in where else, but Dijon! The French joie de vivre is felt in this region as we discover where culinary skill is considered an art form. It is here, that arguably, some of the world's finest red wine and the world's finest white wine is made. Visit Champagne Houses, whose mile long caves, are built underground, in chalk hills. Learn the secret of how this delicious bubbly is made and of course, taste the fruits of their labour.

Charm & Culture
Saturated in history, this region is famous for its mosaic-tiled roofs, castles in vineyards and ancient churches. With history on every corner, spend time strolling the old medieval town of Dijon, with its half-timbered houses and cafés. Take in the charm of the area and sip a café au lait while watching the world go by. Meander the incredibly preserved town of Beaune; tour the Hotel-Dieu, one of the most famous and stunning landmarks in the area. In Champagne, feel history in the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Reims, where the Kings of France were crowned.
